He thrives on technically complex projects requiring rigorous problem-solving, with a unique foundation in construction and quantity surveying that bridges ambitious design and practical execution across heritage, civic, and seismic remediation projects. Outside of work, Carl enjoys touring on his motorcycle and keeping pace with his miniature dachshund.

Dennis has 18 years’ experience, including nine years in New Zealand and nine years practising internationally. He has a strong interest in multicultural architecture and how different cultural perspectives shape the design and use of buildings. His strengths include developing architectural details and producing high-quality 3D visualisations. Outside of work, Dennis enjoys playing basketball and hiking.

Outside of work, he enjoys squash, pickleball, and casual frontline shifts with St John Ambulance.
