The Challenge
The original building had significant weathertightness issues, with major deficiencies with the building envelope.
What we did
Working with the school and Ministry of Education, we designed and replaced the failing roof and cladding.
By reconfiguring the roof to remove problematic gutters and parapets, we reduced maintenance and improved long-term
weatherproofing, as well as reconfiguring existing spaces to provide a more functional administrative area.
We completed interior refurbishments, siteworks and landscaping including a new pedestrian link to the car park.
The Outcome
The completed project features a durable, weathertight exterior, a vibrant and welcoming administration space, and key
site upgrades that boost overall accessibility and functionality.
