At Countdown Hamilton East, the project involved the delivery of a new supermarket, pharmacy, and café, supported by a fully integrated car parking layout. The development required careful coordination from early stages, including demolition of existing buildings, protection of local wildlife, and management of earthworks and on-site stormwater systems.
BSM Group Architects acted as lead consultant, coordinating a wide range of disciplines to deliver a cohesive and efficient outcome. Close collaboration with Watts and Hughes Construction and project manager George Asplet supported a well-managed construction process.
